day 6 and 7
Day six had cookies and enchiladas! I made peanut butter cookies to take to Granny's house on New years day. I could eat the dough by itself. I was supposed to make filling so they would be sandwich cookies, but I ran out of time. I also made some yummy enchiladas stuffed with all kinds of tomatoes and onion and of coarse...beef! mmmmm, they were even good the next day!

I was at Granny's house for breakfast too, which was great by the way (country ham, biscuits, scrambled eggs, homemade blackberry preserves, and best of all....wait for it.....chocolate gravy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). I had one of the peanut butter cookies after the breakfast settled, and yes they were good stuff.
Chocolate gravy?!?! wow sounds wonderful!
I've never made it, but it has cocoa, sugar, butter, flour, and either water/milk (I can't remember which).
Do you have Granny's recipe for chocolate gravy Rach?
No, but I can tell you this it is delish!
